Cellulite treatment begins with understanding the underlying causes. Cellulite is caused by a combination of factors, including genetics, hormonal fluctuations and decreased blood flow in the subcutaneous connective tissue. This creates adhesions and accumulations of fat, resulting in a lumpy skin texture. Simple solutions such as creams and massages can temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite, but do not thoroughly address the cause. Therefore, treatment that targets the deeper layers of the skin and connective tissue is essential for long-term results.

The ReModel treatment at Skincenters offers an effective solution to cellulite through the combination of three powerful technologies: radiofrequency, connective tissue massage and infrared light.
What does the reModel treatment do?
The radiofrequency stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, making the skin firmer and tighter. At the same time, the connective tissue massage loosens adhesions in the connective tissue, improving blood circulation and reducing fat deposits. The infrared light promotes blood flow and accelerates the breakdown of fat cells, resulting in improved skin texture.
Depending on the area you want to treat, the ReModel treatment takes between 30 and 90 minutes. Our experienced therapists perform the treatment manually, first applying a special lotion. Then several passes are performed using the various functions of the device.
Strengthening results with shockwave therapy
To further increase the effectiveness of the cellulite treatment, a combination with the Z WavePro (shockwave) may be recommended. This intensive, non-painful shockwave treatment not only stimulates faster fat reduction, but also promotes lymphatic drainage and firms the skin. Thanks to collagen stimulation, the orange peel effect is reduced, contributing to a smoother skin surface.
Preparation and aftercare cellulite treatment
No specific preparation is required for this treatment. However, we do ask that you do not apply any body lotion to the area to be treated before coming to the appointment.
The skin may be sensitive for 2-3 days after treatment. Small bruises may also occur.
We recommend drinking plenty of water for 24h after treatment.
