What is the procedure for a chemical peel treatment?

A chemical peel begins by thoroughly cleansing the skin. Then the peeling, tailored to your skin type and skin problem, is applied to the skin in a thin layer. Depending on the intensity, you may feel a slight burning sensation during the treatment. Preparation and aftercare for a chemical peel

It is important to avoid sun and tanning beds both 6 weeks before and after treatment. We also recommend using a sunscreen with high protection factor.

After treatment, the skin may remain temporarily sensitive/red, eventually the top layer will peel off. It is best to stay away from the skin as much as possible during the recovery period.
